3:00 PM. The Lab opens its doors. The simulators are turned on, and the first people begin to arrive. And yet, after years, something still surprises us.
No one enters for the same reason.
Over time, we've learned that the simulator is almost always just a starting point. Behind every session is a different story.
What makes the raceX project special is the enormous diversity that distinguishes the boys and girls who try our simulators every day.
And we don't just sit them down and start the session. We build a relationship with each one of them and try to understand their perspectives and ambitions.
We often meet people who, after years spent among tracks and paddocks, for various reasons can no longer experience motorsport as they once did. It is an honour and privilege to be able to offer them a different way to continue to feel part of this world. And seeing that spark rekindle is something that never ceases to excite us.
Others, however, already have that spark. A very strong one. But they have no one to share it with. Our goal has always been to build an environment that goes beyond simple simulation. A place to train, compare, challenge each other, comment on an F1 race or simply meet people who speak the same language.
Because raceX isn't just a place, it's a meeting point. Between different people, different paths, and different goals. And perhaps this is precisely what makes the Lab something more than just a simulation center.
People come for different reasons. And sometimes, without realizing it, they leave us with more than just a lap time.
